My gas hot water system “rusted out” and finally died on Fri morning. By Sat mid-morning I had a brand new system installed and working! Very professional organisation, pleasant tradespeople, good price – couldn’t be happier!

Today we had serviceman Daniel testing for a water leak. He found the problem and repaired both the leaking toilet and problem valve in our hot water system. He was both friendly, courteous and obliging, helping us with as much pensioner discount as he could. I certainly recommend the efficiency and service of this serviceman.

All the people I dealt with explained processes, answered any of my queries and treated me with respect. It was a pleasant experience, from the initial person I spoke to on the telephone to the plumber Christian who came to my house . He was very helpful and explained what he was doing clearly.

A pleasant surprise and absolutely brilliant on the day! Saturday morning ….. no hot water ….. water pouring from bottom of hot water system …..not a good start to the day! Phoned Service Today at 8:00am, call back from service guy at 8:10, service guy at my place sharing the bad news at 8:30 ….new system installed by lunch! What had to be done had to be done ….. just really good service response and no problems

Hi, I had a great experience with your team. The call centre lady was resourceful, suggested alternatives to me, was assuring in her tone. The plumber who turned up kept me informed of his ETA when there was a minor delay. He was polite and skilful. Gave me options and encouraged to comeback to the company for any further assistance. Offered to service any other plumbing issues I might have. Great start for the day for me! Thanks guys.
